Ross with Completely Floored, really stepped up and got me scheduled when other companies could not. I needed the flooring right away and installed right away. Ross knew his inventory, in fact he knows his flooring. He had what I required in inventory and scheduled the installation quickly. They were also able to match the floor with the trim in store which was very impressive. Everything came out perfect. When everything was all said and done, the warehouse did a great job, the installer did a great job in an excellent professional way! With the one tiny problem that I did have, they never hesitated and resolved in a more than reasonable time frame. My floor is beautiful, just as I wanted and expected.
