We used Completely Floored Medford Oregon for the first time, and they had wonderful quality and service. They put new carpet in the living room, dining area and great room at our house.They came over, came in and did our measurements. Their answers to our questions were forthright at the time, and we got a quote we were very happy with.

My wife picked out the carpet she wanted, and we were both very pleased with the color and texture. When they installed the carpet, they addressed any questions or concerns we had. If I had a special concern, like wanting to hide a wire, they were more than willing to do that. We were really impressed and pleased. My wife and I are both totally happy with the experience.

The price was right, and they were very efficient and easy to work with. I think it was a job well done!
