I've used Troy from A-1 Carpet and Tile for years. They are fantastic! He always gives me really good prices and great customer service. They are very fair with pricing. All that is very important when you're dealing with a ton of apartments. He never pushes me into something I can't afford. I feel comfortable telling him "oops, I can't afford that" and he goes back to the drawing board and figures out another way to make me happy. Troy really listens to his customers.

They are efficient and often get the job done much faster than they originally thought. They don't fiddle around. And when they've finished a job, they leave the apartment wonderfully clean. Truly, a million times cleaner than when they first came! It might be a woman thing, to really notice just how clean things are after a job like that, I don't know, but I definitely appreciate it!

Recently, they did the floating wood floors for an apartment. They were in and out. They came in and took out the disgusting carpet, and took that away thankfully. They installed the floors and put back the furniture and it all took two days. I don't know what I'll do if he ever dies! I better die first!
