Dr. Bearden set a course of tx. personalized just for my situation and along with my part..which was to exercise as he instructed..the results were obtained!
I came to him with a disc in my neck that is for the most part flattened which affected the muscles in my rt. arm causing diminished muscle control and worsening the carport tunnel in the rt. hand. I had stiffness in my neck and some in my shoulder.
I was told I had three options by MDs
1-injections into the disc that was flattening( these would have to be repeated and ongoing for the rest of my life)
2-surgery ( also will have to be repeated )
3- or an alternative ( chiropractic, etc.)
I had the prior experience of healing thru Chiropractic care for back injuries ( including two bulging discs) and had excellent results so I chose the obvious choice for me..and the only choice for me !
So here I am today feeling great and with almost full range of motion in my rt.shoulder and am continuing the excerises for that and the carpal tunnel remains controlled with exercises as well !
