I'm very impressed with the gentlemen at Skyline Windows of Richmond. The owner, Jared Ray, was very professional. He's a good man and a good Christian guy. He said what he was going to do and then he did it. I like that: say what you do and do what you say. They came in and in one day they installed all 32 windows. We have one issue that we haven't called them about yet, but I'm sure they'll get it taken care of.

When I requested a quote, they came out and quoted it. They were not the cheapest. In fact, they were a good more expensive than the other companies we got quotes from. But they did a good job and when they came, they were very extensive about making sure my wife's needs were met. They took care not to mess up our blinds or plantation shutters. They came at 8 in the morning and left at 5:00 or 5:15 and they did a great job.
