Prospect Financial was recommended to me through Lending Tree. Over the years, I have done A LOT of new mortgages and refi's. In general, I have found that most mortgage brokers either tend to shade the truth or fail to follow up with their original promises. This was, NOT the case at Prospect Financial. They provided straightforward information on my mortgage needs and followed up with all that they promised. I was VERY impressed and most appreciative of my representative, Tony Rice, who took care of us every step of the way.
