Everything has been great with the dealership and service, etc. until this review. I bought the car not Howard, my husband, the review which was sent to my email address, but addressed him not me. If you looked at the paperwork, you will see I bought it, I bring it in and have it serviced, my name is listed first, or it should be as it is my car. I bought it, paid for most of it, and got the rest of the financing done in my name through Va Credit Union. You should not just assume this should be sent to the man's name on the records.
