I've used Abbey Carpet & Floors of San Mateo twice in the last couple of months. We've ordered a couple of rug pads from them among other things. They offer reasonable prices. They are very knowledgeable, so it's an easy transaction.

I've spoken with Pete in the Menlo Park store. He is very polite, very courteous and very helpful. He's a pleasure to talk with, and he always calls me back. He knows what he's talking about! He's been really great!
