I had a bit of an issue with the service from Welborn Garage Doors. When the gentleman came over to inspect my garage, he decided that I needed new rollers and that the rails needed tightening.I didn't think the rollers were an issue and they probably didn't need replacing. After he left, the door was jamming and sticking worse than it was before he came. I think it was because the rails had been tightened too much. But after a while, the rails loosened up and now the door works as it should.
