Bad business practice
I had issues with a Genie opener and was told by the Welborn technician that the circuit board was bad and could not be replaced and recommended that I purchase a new opener for $250.
I got a 2nd opinion from another company who replaced the bad part in less than 10 minutes for $75.
I do not think Welborn practices good business and will not use them again.
