I appreciated Chris following up with me by phone after Jason had come out to give me a quote. Chris also helped me search for a new garage door that I specifically wanted and got me pricing. They were professional, patient and personable during each of my many calls. Jason was prompt and knowledgable and installed new rollers, springs and an opener on our garage door. There were a couple of issues/questions that arose after the repair, and Jason promptly came back out to answer all of my questions and to satisfactorily resolve each of my concerns. I'd suggest that you discuss and mutually determine which cycle of springs (coil, gauge, number of cycles, etc) and which type of opener your quote includes, as well as the reasons behind the exact choices, when comparing estimates from the various companies.
