Had a service call with Don (I believe)...offered up some honest advice and provided various options to solve the issues...did not push unnessary work or most expensive. Decided to replace door (product on sale)...appointment scheduled for the very next day. Jose was the installer..worked very quickly...work completed in a little over a hour and a half...answered all my questions..provided maintenance advice. So far...so good!!!
