Please extend my thanks to DW, he was excellent! Our home has an original garage door and unit (1994) with some very visible and audible signs of age. Technician came out for the nylon roller and tune up (Angie's List special) and I discussed with him my concerns on the door. He ended up replacing the sagging, aging spring and the safety eye units in addition to the rollers and tune-up. I couldn't be happier with DW's professionalism, honesty and performance. He left me with a clean, quiet and well functioning garage door. Will definitely look for Welborn in the future and will request DW if possible.
