Your tech needs further experience in the field or more accurate diagnostic equipment

I became suspicious when tech stated line from at about fifty feet from the house was seven feet below the surface. The quote of $12000, I thought, was astronomical. I called a friend who builds subdivisions and put me in touch with another plumbing company that did a survey and informed me the line was 2.5 ' 50' from the house and quoted me a total price of $6420. The final bill was $5780. You can appreciate why I will NEVER recommend your company again.

First off, we are very sorry for your unpleasant experience with Abacus Plumbing. Your feedback is very helpful. The tech that serviced your home is recent new hire and was supposed to have a second senior tech out with him on his second visit to the home to prevent this from happening. The tech has been removed from the field temporarily and is going back through our Drain Tech Basics class again to better understand the steps and pricing structure for sewer line repair and replacement.
