Great service personnel. They are personable, competent, and friendly if you have a curious talkative 2 1/2 year old watching.
The only problem is the tankless water heater. We may have saved money on energy cost but the cost of keeping the thing working is high and it is still "under warranty". Not sure we will go tankless again.
