I used Almaden Valley Transmission for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. I went to them because I actually was able to figure out the problem with the car on my own. I got the part I needed, but I needed to bring it somewhere for the work since the car needed to be put on a lift for the repairs.

I went to a couple other places, but everyone else wanted to charge me for diagnostics. Almaden did it for me for an hourly rate, and the guy drove me home and picked me up when the car was ready. Any time I have a car problem, I will probably go back to them!
