Curtis arrived at 1 o'clock, and explained everything that I needed to know about what he would be doing. He was very professional and answered all of my questions that I had for him prior to beginning the job. The carpets look great. About a week after we had them cleaned, a woman from the office called to make sure we were happy with their service. I will use them again and recommend them highly!
