I'm a realtor and I've been familiar with AmeriSpec Inspection Services. The inspector from this company had did a complete inspection which included shingles to the basement, the garage, electrical and plumbing. The buyer was also taken on the walk through and the inspector showed her everything pertaining to the property and provided comments about what he thought was important and urgent. He also gave her a nice binder filled with all the information he had gathered from the inspection. The buyer really like that feature.
