We met with AmeriSpec Inspection Services after they did the inspection. We went over everything and one inspector took us out to show us the things in the garage. He pulled back a panel in the garage and there was termite damage--and he amended the report right on the spot. We also called them because the counter tops and cabinets were separating. They came out and said it was happening because of basic settling and humidity that causes expansion and contraction.
