AmeriSpec Inspection Services inspected a house I was interested in. The young man did a thorough job, at least I thought he did, I didn't follow him around or anything but after the job they provided a disc with all the findings and information that was relevant to the house.

It ended up being less than 500 dollars, I decided not to get the house mainly based on the info from the AmeriSpec information. It was my first time using them but if I am able to find another house I am interested in I would most likely use AmeriSpec again.
