AmeriSpec Inspection Services did a pre-move in inspection on a house I just purchased. I was out of town and they worked it through the real estate agent to set up times, they even called me during the inspection and kind of walked me through everything while I was on the phone and provided the hard items they needed to have fixed.
Overall I was very impressed with their professional and competent approach.
