AmeriSpec Inspection services came and inspected our home. Kevin was very nice, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any questions we asked, he answered in a professional manner. At the same time, he didn't use jargon to talk to us, and he spoke to us in terms we understood, but without making us feel stupid. He did a thorough job inspecting our home. He also gave us a nice presentation, with a whole binder of information on home inspections. We are first-time home buyers, so this was really helpful to us.
