Mitch from AmeriSpec Inspection Services was very thorough and did a good job. He was right on time and pretty much ready to do the walk through when he arrived. It's the first time I've ever bought a house, and I learned a lot from the binder he left. It had a DVD and handouts full of information. It was very handy that he was able to print it all out for me. Overall, it was a good experience.
