Amerispec did two home inspections for us. We put in an offer on a home and we had them inspect it. They found that there were major issues with the property so we were able to get out of the deal. They provided us with a very valuable service at that time.

They also did the home inspection for the home that we ended up purchasing. We needed them to come out on Christmas Eve and they were able to accommodate that request. We were very impressed by that. Kevin, who did the first inspection did this inspection as well. We were glad that it was him because he did such a great job the first time.
