I had a leaky roof and needed it replaced. I received several bids and went with Fortress Roofing. It was not the lowest bid, but they were the only company to actually take the time to come out. They went on the roof to examine it and talked to me about it. After examining the bids, I noticed that they also had better products and guarantees.

It took longer than expected to complete the work because it snowed. Once the snow stopped, they showed up, tore off the old roof, and put the new roof on quickly.

The roof no longer leaks and it obviously looks better than the previous roof. They left behind the leftover product in case we needed it in the future. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they did. The only thing that could have been better would have been to receive our final bill sooner. It took about a month to receive our final bill.
