Most horrible business experience ever. Gave $1000 up front for a $2000 job. Called a week later to say the county would not permit a 6ft fence could only go 4ft for same price. I felt that all the years they say they have been in business they should have known that. I said no and they would not return my deposit saying we had a contract. I disagreed saying it was a proposal. They never showed me the back side of the form and I never signed it. If I had seen it, the deal would not have been made because their terms were ridiculous. I also checked with zoning and was told that no permit for a fence on my property had been applied for. I threatened legal action and for a month he kept telling me he would return the money. He went so far as to tell me I was stealing from him, his business and his family. How was I stealing? He had not done any work, I had nothing of his and he had my money. Who was stealing ? I eventually retained an attorney and began legal proceedings and at that point he returned my funds. This is not a way business is done. If you use him make certain you have your T's crossed and your I's dotted.
