With New York Carpet Cleaning it was easy to make an appointment, the people that I worked with were very friendly and the crew arrived on time. In terms of their quality, I felt they could have done a better job since two of the rugs they took came back wrinkled and in a worse condition than when they first took them, so I was highly disappointed with that.
