A dog pooped on my carpet and I tried a bunch of over-the-counter household cleaning products before I called New York Carpet Cleaning. When I did call, they set the expectations very low. I had already altered the pH balance of the stain so they chances of them being able to get the stain out was going to be an uphill battle. It was good they set the expectations low beforehand but I can't give them a full recommendation since they couldn't do the job.
