I have been going to Salon Artigiano for quite a long time, almost 5 years. Their customer service is great, and they are so welcoming. My stylist, Lee, is very good. If something happens that I don't like, they are willing to fix it with no charge. Give them a try! They make you feel welcome, and that you're the customer and you're in charge!
