two and a half hours for a five min job

hi i would just like to tell you i will never use your company ever again i need a new vale to be installed i had a plumber come to my home he looked at the pipe said he had to go get some parts witch was OK he returned and said he could not do anything until his supervisor came do to the company did not trust him to do the job two hour later some other guys showed up and did the job in about five minutes

I am so sorry to hear that you were not happy sir. We actually received a call from your technician telling us that he was feeling sick after he went and picked up your part. We asked him to wait for a supervisor just to make sure the job would be done correctly as when we are not feeling well, we can make unwanted mistakes. His supervisor rushed and did show up to your home to install the part. We have here that it took him 25 minutes to do so. However I am sure the part was installed correctly and the price you paid was a discounted rate do to making you wait for the supervisor. Our technicians feeling sick is a very rare event. It has probably happened 5 times in the last 4 years. He actually had an upset stomach and had to stay home the next day. Sometimes these things happen and I am very sorry that it resulted in such and inconvenience. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future and we will make sure we make it up to you.
