Horrible Experience

This company talked us into replacing our cast iron pipes. They way overcharged us for one day's work, then tried to charge us another $1500. to dig up a clean-out that did not have to be dug up, then tried to charge almost $500.00 for a camera inspection that was supposed to be free. We had to go to court, and the judge agreed the plumber had been dishonest and we didn't have to pay. Stay away from this company.

Mr. Thomas, I understand you are upset but there is no need to make false accusations. We do not "talk" anyone into replacing their pipes. Cast iron pipes are no good after 30 years and should be replaced with ABS plastic pipes. We gave you options and you decided that after all the headache your pipes were causing you it would be best for you to replace them. I believe when we called you back to ask for feedback, you were very happy. We also do not charge anyone for a camera inspection, so please provide me with an invoice that states that as I do not have one on record for you.
