I definately recommend Tom's Floor Store! This was my first experience with them and I thought they were quite helpful and knowledgeable too. They listened so they could understand what I wanted, then they helped me pick out a product based on my needs and design. I purchased laminate flooring instead and it was still within my budget! They all are great and have excellent customers service skills storewide. However, I worked the most with Julie King, who is just awesome and made the experience a great one. I have no complaints at all!
