It seemed like there were a couple of extra steps in getting the quotes and information from Tom's Floor Store. The process of trying to get special padding for the carpet was a little involved and the lady working with me didn't seem too informed. However, once that was fixed, things went smoothly and they did the installation perfectly. I liked that it was a small, local company. I would use them again.
