I used Tom's Floor Store and, as a retired architect, I've seen a lot in this industry. They did what they said they would and completed the job in good time. Everything was ok... but when I went in for the paperwork, things were a bit hectic. After some bumbling and fumbling around they found my file and everything was finished up. I would still recommend them. The work itself was good.
