I replaced the floors in my entire house. Tom & LIsa were helpful in picking out the best products for me. After the floors were installed, there's been a lack of support & follow-up to get some minor issues resolved/fixed. The communication between Tom and the installers was a little lax, which made some days stressful. The flooring has a warranty, which I never got information on even after asking. There was a price discrepancy between the original bid and the final invoice. Over all I love my floors even with the hiccups!
