Our experience with Cody Rose and Anthony was awesome! It was fun watching a young gentleman gently teaching a younger gentleman the ins and outs of hooking up the fireplace.
Both were very polite, took the time to answer ALL of my questions and went through the remote setup.
They made sure they cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint is that none of us could figure out how to get the right time displayed on the remote.
