I had Don from Criterium-Liszkay Engineers inspect three buildings for me. These were pre-purchase inspections. The items he found were important. On the last building, he gave me an estimate based on square footage. When he got there, he assessed the situation. Realizing the work would not be as involved as he originally thought, he reduced the price without my even asking.
