Great work on car, but need to improve customer service.
Collision Plus did great work on the car, but they need to work on their customer service.
It was my first time using their services, and I was really impressed with their work on the car, but they didn't keep me informed about when it was ready. I had to actually call 4-5 times to find out whether it was ready or not, and I really would have preferred that they let me know since I had to make arrangements to go pick up the car.
