I was more than pleased with the communication and service of Flashfixes! When I made the mistake of not backing up my iphone, then was locked out, I was informed by Apple I had to do a comlete re-set on my phone in order for it to function again. That would mean losing all of my photos and videos of my children. I cried for days until I discovered Flashfixers on the internet and they were able to unlock my phone and retrieve my photos and videos. I mailed the phone, received a call in 2 days and the phone was unlocked!! They transferred my media onto a drive and mailed back. Very affordable especially for priceless memories.
