I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with Dr. Tufaro who I went to his clinic on Wednesday for my mom’s dog. Despite my repeated concerns and pleas for help, he failed to properly diagnose and treat my mom's dog's condition, which ultimately resulted in his death the following day (Thursday).

As a professional in his field, I trusted that he would provide the necessary care and attention the dog deserved. He was rushing from one pet to the next and not giving my mom’s pet the needed time. If he had hospitalized the dog, he still would’ve been with us today. Unfortunately, his lack of expertise has caused my family great heartache and loss.

I URGE YOU TO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS LOCATION IT YOU LOVE YOUR PET. HE IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND CARELESS. I pray this does not happen to another family in the future. HE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
