My mother was at Nazareth recently recovering from hip replacement surgery. We were very pleased with all of the staff..very kind and very professional. The reason for not all perfect scores was the fact that this is the third time that she has visited the facility for rehab, and each time she has had to wait for at least 8 hours to get any pain medicine. If the communication between the doctors office and Nazareth was better, this would not occur. Other than that, we were extremely pleased.
