Executive Auto Body was exceptional. I was restoring a 1991 Mercedes. I needed both the cosmetic and the inside restoration done at a certain quality level. When I walked through the door at Executive, I got the sense that their people were going to take ownership of the job as if it was their own vehicle. It was more than just a customer service provider relationship; it was something more personal.
I received phone calls to give me updates at various stages of the restoration. I was also invited to come down and look at the car during different stages. The manager even offered me his car to get coffee while I was down there. It was just a personal, relaxed experience with people who knew their craft.
I'm a very particular individual. Whenever I had any comments about the work or when I recommended a change, it was received well, like they were only looking to satisfy the customer. That seemed to be the goal. I never felt hesitant to share my comments, as we shared the same overall goal to come out with the best personal product. It was an experience I would refer.
