My husband and I engaged Scarlett's Landscape to remove our front yard grass and implement a design that met the requirements of the So. Calif. Water Smart Program before the Covid-19 Stay at Home order began. It could have been a challenging experience to communicate our wishes during this time, but is was very easy. We have to complement Noah for his beautiful design, David for his excellent implementation as foreman of his fantastic team and George for his artistry in placing the rocks and boulders so artfully in the creek bed. The whole team was wonderful and I hear that many of our neighbors were impressed as well!
