I'm a DIY guy and have called NHA twice now to help troubleshoot and get parts. Both times, I got expert advice over the phone. NHA shipped my parts to my door (out of sate) and I was able to get my appliances (microwave and Kenmore fridge) running like new. I saved $$$ doing it myself.
