Overall experience horrible. I will never use them again!

I called to get a quote on parts and was told that they could not give me a quote over the phone and would have to send a technician to my home for the quote. The technician gave me a quote that was the same price as buying new appliances. When I told him that the price was too high and that's why I called to get a quote for the parts over the phone, I was told I would have to still pay the service fee. When I spoke to the manager, John (refused to give his last name), he was very uncooperative and rude. Threatening that I have to pay the service fee or he'll call the police on me. When I asked to speak to the owner, he refused to give me the owner's name and stated, "I do everything around here. The owner won't help you." This was very unprofessional and if this is how they conduct their business, I'll be sure to let everyone know.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I have reviewed the situation and found that you left a message after hours, and our service department returned your call in the morning following your message. You inquired as to the price of the repairs, and we stated that we cannot quote pricing on repairs until it has been inspected by a certified technician, due to the many variables involved in diagnosis of the appliance and unique installation of your parts. I understand in the review you state that you just wanted parts. We do have a full line parts counter open to the public and we would be happy to serve you in that capacity. I had considered that it was just a misunderstanding, and you had inadvertently been set up for service when all you wanted was parts. This was not the case, however, because I verified that we also sent you reminder the night before your appointment, and you confirmed that you still wanted our technician out the next day.

I understand that you were frustrated at the bad news that your appliances need costly repairs. We hate to be the bearers of bad news, as we prefer to fix the appliance and make the customer happy. We do ask that you pay our service call to cover our trained technician's time at your home diagnosing your two appliances, but we do waive that fee if you choose to repair.

In an effort to find a resolution to your complaint, we are happy to offer to apply the service call fee you have paid toward the purchase price of the parts over our retail counter. If you're interested in pursuing this option, call us and we will get you specific pricing. I hope this clears things up, and if you have any questions feel free to call.
