INCONSIDERATE STAFF
I entered the hospital with my lifeless dog that had just stopped breathing and instead of the staff taking my dog to rush him back there for CPR they wanted my INFORMATION first. Me and my husband crying and in shock couldn’t speak loudly or speak at all in that matter and all they did was kept repeating “sorry what is the last name? what is the last 4 digits of your phone number”? WHILE MY HUSBAND HOLDING MY LIFELESS DOG. I raised my voice a bit so they can hear me better because i was crying and they said “ma’am theyre on their way”…TAKE MY LIFELESS DOG AND RUN BACK THERE!
absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. They could of waited till things had calmed down to ask us our information out after all we were there almost an hour and a half. Time was ticking and all they wanted first was our information. I hope this changes in the future and staff are more CONSIDERATE with situations. Im very very disappointed heartbroken and disgusted with their behavior at the front desk.
Our doctor that day on the other hand was absolutely amazing and helped us through our grief since our pup didn’t make it.
