My salesperson, Becky Surma, was very professional and informative about the quality and maintenance of the carpet. Installation was done by Jeremy and Dallas. They arrived early and started working immediately. Very professional. Once complete they cleaned everything up and brought me in to inspect and make sure I was satisfied.
