Disappointing

I would have given Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor a five in the beginning but I've had some problems come up with them. We had laminate floors installed and carpet put in all the bedrooms. My air conditioning unit pipe was clogged and ruined the floor. That issue wasn't their fault but they came back out and fixed it.

The first guys that installed the floors were wonderful but the second guys that came were unprofessional, cursing, and arguing with each other. So I called and spoke with Jason who has always been very nice. I had to get them to come back out when the crown molding started to come up and I found nails were sticking out near the bathroom. Now I have to call them back again because the threshold in one of the bedrooms and in another room is coming up.

We regret that a bad experience was had by the customer with the second installation crew that went to repair the job. We have high expectations of professionalism from our people and do not allow any sort of behavior otherwise.

We would like to note that the crew was reprimanded and informed that any subsequent unprofessional behavior will result in termination of any further work from Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor.

We value our customers and take pride in giving them an enjoyable experience from the first contact, whether on the phone or in the store, through to a finished job, and any assistance that may be needed after the job is finished.

We would also like to thank Mrs. Calloway for bringing this to our attention so that we could take steps to correct this situation.
