The project began on time with courteous, efficient sub-contractors throughout. There were a few unexpected events which delayed the completion date but not to the extent that the delay caused serious inconvenience. The unexpected gave everyone the opportunity to display flexibility and the ability determine and carry out a successful change all without costing me anything extra. And most important, the finished renovation was exactly as planned at the cost agreed to. I am extremely happy with the renovation.
