During recent cold snap had outside piper break above outside faucet. The emergency services was easy to use. I was the 7th emergency call on a frigid Saturday with a bunch more. BJ was not only friendly and kind, he quickly and efficiently repaired pipe and put in an on/ off valve inside the garage so won't happen again. BJ was great and would definitely call on him again.
